1 Individualized Program on TrueCoach
A program tailored to all of your needs and goals posted on TrueCoach. This app allows you to see exercise video examples, track progress, and communicate with me. Post your own videos and receive coaching feedback in written and video form.
2 Expert and Empathetic Coaching
I am not the coach to shame you when you miss a workout. I am the coach to help you find what pace and intensity will keep you consistent! With Hybrid coaching, you will get advice on how to improve technique, form, movement progression and more!
3 1:1 Training Sessions
Sessions can be conducted over zoom Or in my personal gym space. I am your guide and educator, there to help you find the best form for your body and answer any and all questions you may have.

Your Investment
Option 1: With Continual Coaching
$300-400/4 weeks (Sliding Scale)
The program is placed onto an online platform called TrueCoach, which you can access from your computer and/or on your phone. You get 1, 60 min session per month (4 weeks) to go over the workout and review exercise form. Sessions can be completed virtually Or in my personal gym. You can then submit videos of movements for review and I will send written and or video feedback on a weekly basis.
Option 2: Workout Program Only
$225-300/4 weeks (Sliding Scale)
The program is placed onto an online platform called TrueCoach, which you can access from your computer and/or on your phone. You get 1 session per month (4 weeks) to go over the workout and review exercise form. Sessions can be completed virtually or in person. There is no extra coaching written or video feedback between sessions.
Sliding Scale Pricing: For each training option, there is a payment bracket. Based on your comfort, and payment abilities, you choose the price point that works for you.
Commitment: Commit to the first 3 months and then month to month after that.
