Weekly 30 min Coaching Session
$365-485/ 4 weeks
This option combines the ability to workout on your own and working out with me live, either over zoom or in person. With this option you get 1, 30 min session per week with me live 1:1. Complete the remainder of sessions on your own. You will still receive coaching feedback through the TrueCoach app on a weekly basis.
Weekly 60 min Coaching Session
$500-615/ 4 weeks
This option combines the ability to workout on your own and working out with me live, either over zoom or in person. With this option you get 1, 60 min session per week with me live 1:1. Complete the remainder of sessions on your own. You will still receive coaching feedback through the TrueCoach app on a weekly basis.
Options to add a session or to add an individual to your training sessions are available! Inquire for pricing on these options.
What’s included
Individualized Program on TrueCoach
A program tailored to all of your needs and goals posted on TrueCoach. This app allows you to see exercise video examples, track progress, and communicate with me. Post your own videos and receive coaching feedback in written and video form.
Sliding Scale Pricing
For each training option, there is a payment bracket. Based on your comfort, and payment abilities, you choose the price point that works for you. This is changeable from month to month.
Live Coaching
Sessions can be conducted over zoom or in person in my personal gym space. I am your guide and educator, there to help you find the best form for your body and answer any and all questions you may have.
Who is this for?
Appreciates accountability but able to adhere to a schedule on their own
Wants to workout multiple days a week but not looking to pay for multiple sessions
