12 Week KB Program Foundational/Novice
A 12 week program with 3 workouts each week. Workouts last between 45-60 minutes. Within those 12 weeks there are 3, 4 week programs that switch up your movements from program to program. This helps to progress your skills and strength as well as keep you mentally entertained. Each week there is a more in depth skill and trouble shooting video to help with more fine-tuning of skills.

Full Body Mobility Program- FREE!
This full body mobility program takes you through a set of 13 movements designed to help your body move with more ease. We often spend lots of time in very similar positions of sitting and standing. Working through this program will take your body through varying positions and ranges of motion in order to help you feel less stiff, and more mobile.

Back Pain Mobility Routine- FREE!!
Back pain, whether it happens often or just in this moment, can be super frustrating! And I am sorry this is something you are dealign with. The good news is this routine is here to help you relieve some of that discomfort. This program is not designed to “fix” you as you are not broken and pain is multi factorial. Therefore, the solutions will also be multi factorial. These moves are meant to provide gentle movement to decrease stiffness, and improve confidence in movement through various ranges of motion. The program consists of 9 different movements with variations and options if 1 or more aren’t feeling as great for you.
