12 Week KB Program - Foundations/ Novice

A 12 week program with 3 workouts each week.  Workouts last between 45-60 minutes. Within those 12 weeks there are 3, 4 week programs that switch up your movements from program to program.  This helps to progress your skills and strength as well as keep you mentally entertained. 

Each week there is a more in depth skill and trouble shooting video to help with more fine-tuning of skills. 

Program will Teach The Following Skills:

-KB Swing

-Single Arm KB Swing 

-KB Clean (Single and Double)

-Turkish Get Up (TGU)

-Goblet Squat

-KB Deadlift

-KB Overhead Press

Who is this for?

-You are completely new to or somewhat familiar with kettlebells and want to learn how to properly use them.   

-You want to fine tune and progress foundational kettlebell skills without getting injured. 

-You mostly workout at home and only have a few bells. 

-You enjoy working out but don’t have the time or energy to spend writing your own program, searching the internet for the best videos and don’t know where to start.  

-If you are interested in more detailed coaching feedback, let me know and we can set up more individualized coaching.

Equipment needed:

-A light, medium, and heavy kettlebell relative to your strength. Double kettlebells of medium sizes are helpful but still doable with singles only.

Cost: $65 (Usual cost would be $200-300 for this kind of programming)
