10 Week KB Program- Intermediate

This is 3 day a week program with workouts that last between 45-60 minutes. This program is mean for individuals who are comfortable with KB basics (Deadlift, swing, goblet squat, TGU) and want to continue advancing their skills in a progressive and safe manner.

Each week there is a more in depth skill and trouble shooting video to help with more fine-tuning of skills. 

Skills Covered:

-Push Press (single and double)

-Push Jerk (Single and Double)

-Snatches

-alternating single arm swings

-Double KB Swings

Who is this for:

-Individuals who are familiar with kettlebells and want to learn how to properly advance their skills.    

-Individuals who want to lift heavier, create more overall KB strength endurance and learn cues and troubleshooting to help improve movement efficiency and reduce changes for injury.

-Individuals who have a selection of bells at home to choose from at home or at their gym

-Individuals who enjoy working out but don’t have the time or energy to spend writing their own program, searching the internet for the best videos and don’t know where to start.  

-If you are interested in more detailed coaching feedback, let me know and we can set up more individualized coaching.

Equipment Needed: A selection of light, medium, and heavy KBs. Having doubles of some medium sized weights will be needed in this program.
