What’s Included
1 Monthly Program
Each program last 4-6 weeks depending on you goals, schedule, and consistency. Programs can be between 1-4 workouts per week. Every program we collaborate on what is best for your next series of workouts. 3 Month initial commitment and then month to month after.
2 TrueCoach App
With your program posted to TrueCoach, you are able to easily access your program, your history of each exercise, coaching notes from me, and videos of your exercises to make sure each one is done properly.
3 Expert and Empathetic Coaching
I am not the coach to shame you when you miss a workout. I am the coach to help you find what pace and intensity will keep you consistent! For Asynch coaching, you will get weekly advice on how to improve technique, form, movement progression and more!

Newer to intermediate lifters.

Are ok with sending videos of themselves completing exercise.
This is not for individuals looking for programs focusing on weight loss, nutrition, or aesthetics goals.

Your Investment
Option 1: Individualized Program with Asychronous Coaching
$200-275/4 weeks (Sliding Scale)
In addition to your monthly individualized program on TrueCoach, you can post videos performing exercises, questions about form and record notes on movements. Each week, I will post feedback in written and/or video form.
Option 2: Individualized Program No coaching
$100-150/4 weeks (Sliding Scale)
An Individualized program designed specifically for your needs! Program is posted on TrueCoach, a free program retrievable on your phone or computer. Each program last 4-6 weeks. On the last week of the program, you submit likes, dislikes, goals, and any other thoughts or requests for the next program. Weekly feedback is not pat of this program.
Sliding Scale Pricing: For each training option, there is a payment bracket. Based on your comfort, and payment abilities, you choose the price point that works for you.
Commitment: Commit to the first 3 months and then month to month after that.
